There are going to be a couple changes around here, which I think are going to make this site more time consuming for me fun.

I feel like Friday Puppy is developing into a really great blog, one that I would personally read all the time if I wasn’t involed.  Admittedly, I don’t read too many other blogs, but when I used to be on MySpace in the early 1980s (Silver Spoons), I used to LOVE reading blogs that were written by Christy Douglas.  She’s young, she’s a new mom, she works in the real world, she has a vagina, and she reads books.  All things that make her different from me.  Which is why I asked her to be a contributor to Friday Puppy.

We often don’t share the same views.  So, if you please, don’t get angry at her in the grocery store for what I write.  And vice versa.

I don’t know how regularly she’s gonna write something, that’s totally up to her, but if you see a post titled “My breasts.“, chances are it was written by Christy.  (although you never know, I do have a nice rack.)  Anyway, if you want to know more about Christy, you can click on the “About” section above and read her “bio”.

And the 2nd change is the Puppy Love addition (click on link above).  I’m not sure how well this is gonna work out.  I haven’t received one single SINGLE email us since it’s been posted….. but I’ll give it a shot for a little while longer.  (granted it did just post this weekend.).

Ok that’s it.  Carry on….

Nice changes to blog – never noticed tabs on the top. Guess I’m lucky I can still access at work, too. Will send puppy love link to my single friends.

Keep us entertained, Matt and Christy!

    I just clicked on Christy’s tab above….

“I’m a vegetarian who photographs dead animals.” – What the….?!

One of my friends suggested you should do the Puppy Love posts the way you started with Sara – have a friend recommend their single friend (with their permission, of course). That gets rid of the awkwardness of trying to write something glowing about yourself, and would also make Puppy Love different from the rest of the dating sites out there.

    ‘You & Christy, face 2 face, a couple of silver spoons..you’re hopin’ 2 find, you’re 2 of a kind’…LoL-so bad…=P

I am personally afraid to do the Puppy Love thing, and I know many other women who feel the same. Although it does seem like it could be fun…maybe hearing some stories about Sara and her progress would attract people.

Can I submit a Puppy Love for my brother? I’m marrying his best friend, and it’s time he found a nice girl. He has a good job and still open doors for girls :) !

  7. My name is not Jenna says:

Welcome to the Friday Puppy Family Christy!!! Not that we don’t love you Matt!!

  8. Harper says:

Kliz…just safe yourself the time and send him my direction! :)

I could use all the help I could get trying to find someone in SMALLbany, but I (like I would guess most readers) don’t want my dirty laundry aired over the internet. If I’m still single at the age of 30 then I’ll swallow my pride and reconsider. Though it’s a good idea and a great opportunity for the more open-minded people on here.
