OK, so the taco buffet was amazing. The meat is fabulous with 4 choices including BBQ pork, plus rice, beans, salsa, cheese and GIANT squeeze bottles of sour cream. I was blown away, especially for 5 bucks or 6 bucks or wahatever it was. I am suprised I noticed how good it was though because you have UBU on tap now. Wow, can I move in?
Plus the kitchen staff was out checking on everything every 60 seconds or so, stirring this and that, adjusting the heat, etc or maybe they were there because the fight scene from Kill Bill was on the TV. Who shows Kill Bill where blood is quirting out of amputated arms and empty necks like 5 feet in the air while people are eating lunch? Only really really cool people, thats who.
Amazing Tacos, Ubu, and Kill Bill on the wide screen. sigh… I am in love.

Went to the taco buffet today and it is definitely a great deal. The addition of the hot sauce is huge as I usually find the chicken to be a little dry and bland but it is perfect with the hot sauce on it. My only suggestion would be to add jalapenos, they can’t be very expensive and would really make the taco buffet (so would fresh cilantro but that may be asking a lot).
I was there for lunch today. They had the jalapenos. Scott, someone is listening. The taco bar was yummy. My husband loved the jamaican jerk sandwich. It had the perfect amount of heat. And my margarita on the rocks hit the spot. Perfect!!
Oh yeah… @ Scott… I forgot to mention that I read your comment and have now asked them to put chopped jalapenos on the All You Can Eat Taco Buffet at Bombers. Thank you for the great suggestion!
