i know alot about the german oktoberfest in germany my mother is german and her family took me to the oktoberfest where i sat in the giant beer tent and had the most exotic food i could eat and when i got older i drank beer there not bad i say. and i also rode the rides in the carnival and had relatives who owned a candy stand, also germans who dress as bavarians they use gingerbread hearts around the neck as to ward off bad luck i also speak german too but am starting to go downhill with the language and am working my way back up to stay there with it.i wish i could win a trip back to germany to see it again at my age i am 51 now my birthday is october so i celebrate it early at the oktoberfest with dinner and rides and all that and make 52 a better year over there to revisit the old neighborhood where i grew up while my father was in the u.s. army stationed there i miss it alot
