The adorable little guy in the video above is Christy’s son, Aidan.  He’s 2 years old old and he makes me nervous.

Sometimes she asks me to baby sit him, and I always try to get out of it.  I don’t trust him.  He’s quick.  and he’s clever.  And I don’t doubt that while I’m taking my nap, he’ll try to turn my mattress into a water bed with the garden hose, or he’ll take the three dogs and cat for a canoe ride.

I often forget that he’s only 2 years old because he’s so capable.  I almost never say this about children, but…. I think Aidan was worth conceiving.

I’d like to add, that the above video is shot in a cabin that Christy was in the process of moving into.  She did not choose that love-chair you see in the background.  It was left there by the previous, handsome tenant. (cough cough).

She also hadn’t officially moved in yet, so if the place it looks a little crazy, that’s why.   She runs a perfectly organized household, what with the 2 dogs, one cat, one baby, two adults, and a grown baby she has to constantly babysit named Tom Moore.

hahahah “hmm I’m not quite sure what you’re saying to me” That’s awesome. I always have to have my friend translate her little girl for me. I’ll get this look on my face like WTH? And I have to seek out a translator.

You are the coolest babysitter, EVER! That was adorable, and I’m not a person fond of children…so that’s a lot. Oh and my mom can babysit anytime, she likes kids and for the record will NEVER get grandkids, so have Christy call my mom anytime!
